Sims won't cook and sometimes won't sleep.

My sims will sometimes not cook or sleep in their beds. Not all of them and not all of the time, it seems to be random who/when it happens. I will select the fridge and tell them to cook, they will glitch and reset and it's like it never happened. Sometimes they'll open the fridge and the cutting board will end up on the ground, sometimes they don't open the fridge at all. Something similar happens when I tell them to sleep in their beds, they're about to crawl into bed and then before they get fully into the bed they glitch back to standing. At the same time, others are perfectly fine to sleep. 

I've reset objects and sims, repaired my game and all packs, moved things around.

I have no CC or mods, I am playing on PC. I recently downloaded For Rent, Tiny Homes, and Wedding Story. My sims just moved into a Rental Residential, maybe it's related?
