sims wont launch

@Kaitlen18  Thanks for the dxdiag, but it unfortunately doesn't show anything that would explain why Sims 4 isn't starting.  That could be because the game isn't crashing, just being blocked from loading in the first place.  So please check your antivirus for any recent actions involving Sims 4.  Please also set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64; or the entire Bin folder they're in.  Set an exception for EADesktop.exe as well while you're there.

If that doesn't help, do you see an error message when you try to play?  If so, please post a screenshot.

Either way, please also look for a new error in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Try again to launch Sims 4, then look for an error that happened at exactly that time.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
