sims won't let me download it.

When I go into the EA app it tells me that sims are unplayable and won't let me download it. I have tried everything to get it to work, I even tried it on steam. when I got it downloaded from steam the game wouldn't launch and was telling me to sign into my EA account, and when I would try and sign into my EA account it would tell me I don't have one.
