Did you try hitting repair game on Origin or delete cache files: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
Since you deleted all CC, I assume your creations are cc free ? Cause there is a filter under advanced which you need to set to include cc if you have used cc.
