@shakeela17 No, I can't send screenshots right now; I'm not currently in front of Windows. For moving the folder, literally drag it out of Documents\Electronic Arts and drop it onto your desktop. For the dxdiag, hit Windows key-R, type dxdiag into the box, and enter. Let it run, then click "Save all information," and the file will land on your desktop. Click Reply on one of my posts, then hit the Browse button (next to the paper clip icon) below the text field, and choose your dxdiag to attach.
hello im not sure if this is done

@shakeela17 Yes, you ran the dxdiag correctly. There may be a problem with your hard drive, although the first thing to do is check. Here's how:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste "chkdsk /f /r c:" without quotes, and enter
- You'll be asked to allow a restart; say yes
- When the scan is done, hit Windows key-X again, and choose Command prompt (admin) or Powershell (admin) again
- Copy and paste this command without the outside quotes: "get-winevent -FilterHashTable @{logname="Application"; id="1001"}| ?{$_.providername –match "wininit"} | fl timecreated, message | out-file Desktop\CHKDSKResults.txt"
- A .txt file with the chkdsk results will appear on your desktop. Please attach it to a post.

@shakeela17 Are you pasting this exact command?
chkdsk /f /r c:
If that doesn't work, please post a screenshot of what you see when you try to run it. Hit Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over the part of the screen you want to capture. Then open Paint (you can search for it in the box in the lower left corner of your screen), crtl-V to paste, save the image to your desktop, and attach it to a post.
