Sims would load when you press play
So I just got sims and once I click play it loads and right before it is about to open the whole screen closes off sims I’m not sure what to do I tried almost everything

@shakeela17 No, I can't send screenshots right now; I'm not currently in front of Windows. For moving the folder, literally drag it out of Documents\Electronic Arts and drop it onto your desktop. For the dxdiag, hit Windows key-R, type dxdiag into the box, and enter. Let it run, then click "Save all information," and the file will land on your desktop. Click Reply on one of my posts, then hit the Browse button (next to the paper clip icon) below the text field, and choose your dxdiag to attach.
