Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

- @Silent-Occido-_- The problem is created by RzChromaSDK64.dll Use a regular keyboard and a regular mouse, if the problem disappears you will have to change it when you are going to play Sims 4.

@Silent-Occido-_- You don't need to get a new mouse or keyboard. Simply open the Task Manager, look through the background processes list, and shut down any Razer software before trying to play. If that works, you can try updating the software. And if kill the wrong process by accident, just restart your computer.
@Aledreon No one needs to get a new keyboard or mouse just to play Sims 4. Razer peripherals should run fine with default Microsoft drivers, just like any other peripherals.
- @puzzlezaddict Don't understand why buy? Maybe he has an old keyboard and mouse.
