Sims4 - Unable to 'rotate' the furniture in Sims4

Which camera view are you using ? Sims 3 style or the new one ?

WIth new it should be the follwing keys:  . and ,

Not exactlly... It was used to turn right or turn left for the furniture, but now my sims4 is unable to do that.

I cannot make the furniture turn right or left to the right position. 

Using the default settings you rotate using the , and . button just right of M button on the keyboard. Alternatively you can just press the right mousebutton.
