Sims4 Can't play at University Lots

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? EP06:1.asset.ml-ep06.125
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Snowy escape, eco-livestyle, discover university, island living, cats and dogs, get famous, city living, get together, get to work, realm of magic, parenthood, vampires, spa day, dine out, outdoor retreat, vintage glamour, knifty knitting, tiny living, moschino, my first pet, laundry day, toddler, fitness, bowling night, backyard, movie hangout, spooky, cool kitchen and perfect patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I actually have no idea. It just suddenly appeared and I could not find any information about this bug online.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't play with any sims in the university lots. At Britchester one lot just got huge out of nowhere and my sims aren't able to move because they are swapped up in the building! At Foxbury the loading screen just doesn't end.
What do you expect to see? At Britchester my sims can't move because they are swapped up in a huge building. At Foxbury the loading screen just does not end after playing two or more times. I also tried re - installing my game and getting it fixed per origin-> nothing worked. I have a screenshot but it is too large to put it in here.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    No I don't think I set anything as a head. Sadly this happened some time ago, like a month I think, and I don't really have a backup of before. But I already tried starting a new game it  still looked like that.

    I really apreacciate your help though🙂

    @TheresasteinerIt looks like a graphical tear, this happen when graphic cards are dying, or monitors are dying, except they get black squares.  Check to see if you see it in other games.

    Hi @Theresasteiner 

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    I tried what you recommended to do. Everything worked but as soon as I put my saves back in the bug was there again. I really hoped it would have worked since it's my legacy challenge and I'm already in my 10th generation. I guess the error is in this one save..?

    @Sid1701d9 My Pc is 3 months old so I don't think it's dying, because it works just fine. The problem does not appear in any other games than the Sims4. I really appreciate your help though🙂
