Sims4 City Living Free Trial Install Error
Hey! My problem is that, the trial version is downloaded, but I couldn't install it.It says it's have to be in My Game Library, but I can't find it.I can't click on it nowhere.So annoying!Please help...

Even selecting "New Game with Trial" forces a restart, ad nauseum. Broken promo.
This may be an issue with your antivirus blocking your user folder.
