Sims4 error

After the last Sims4 update the game fails me.

The game does start as normal, but when i’m in build or playmodus it doesnt do anything. I cant build, move or buy anything. In playmodus I can not let my sims do anything. Sometimes the game even closes itself, but this is not always the case. I have to shut my computer down for the game to close.

i have repaired te game but this doesnt help. I dont use CC.

any thoughts anyone? Game is not usable now..

    @ElineEL  That's good to hear, except for the lot not working of course.  Some lots have broken in the last year, for various reasons, and the only thing that works, some of the time, is to place it unfurnished.  It's not ideal but is better than losing the build entirely.

    If and when EA says it's releasing an update to fix broken lots, try placing this one again to see whether it's fixed as well.
