Sims4 game cheats won't work when on live mode

Me too, but the only difference is I am in live mode it is still won't let me and I'll do motherlode and I'll make sure I misspelled load like it has not l o a d, so if anybody has helped please tell ...

noob just bought sims4 cant get the cheat window to open at all on PC and yes im holding ctrl shift c together.

Does it take a screenshot instead? If so you have a screen shot program running in the background that are using the same keys.
