SIMS4 installation on PC

Can somebody help me with advice regarding SIMS 4 installation on PC?Game  bought for Christmas for around €60.Multiple trials to install game from two CDs onto my laptop (with Windows 8)failed(intillation  was freezing on Disc 1 or 2 repeatedly)and all blogs/answers reviewed and advices followed without any success in installation.Phoned EA Customer services helpline in UK.First time was waiting 30min for the answer(expected time was 10 min) and followed all recommendations(to show hidden files,to delete Origin cashe files,to install directly from Origin,removal of Anti-viral software from computer).Tried to call helpline second time having Case ID number and unique Access Key then -was waiting 40min!!!! for answer(was told expected time 1min),explained problem to person who answered my call and was told to wait to be redirected to another person and was waiting again about 10 min-then my patience ended and I dropped a phone call.It seems like one needs to spend a fortune just on international phone calls because there is no customer service in Ireland. Was trying to use Chat life,but useless as was never connected because of endless waiting time!!Not possible to organize a call back as two options available are USA and Canada.Answer HQ are not really helpful.In the e-mail informed that Game advisor will follow up with me soon,but nobody even tried  to contact me and e-mail address is no reply.It sounds to me  as pure fraud as game is expensive and you do not expect having problems with it,but when it is not working, it is really difficult to contact customer services and no postal address or e-mail available for contact.
