Sims4 is not running

@7f1d6292fa945c03  The Windows error reports in your dxdiag make the problem clear: Sims 4 is crashing because of a component of your antivirus software.  However, it looks like you might have two separate antivirus programs installed.  I can't tell because a lot of the documentation is in Korean, but perhaps ZDSGuard and something from RaonSecure?  If so, having two separate antiviruses running is itself a problem, and you'll need to choose one to use and remove the other.  If one program is a malware scanner, not a proper antivirus, you could disable real-time scanning and just run a manual scan when you want, for example when you download a file or app.

Whatever the case, I would recommend uninstalling all of your antivirus software, then reinstalling only what you're going to use going forward.  The errors that are crashing Sims 4 suggest you have many copies of the same resource installed, and it would be best to clear those out and start fresh.

Please also set exceptions in your antivirus for TS4_x64.exe and EADesktop.exe.  You should be able to find an online guide for whichever program you decide to use.

As for why this happened now, the antivirus may have updated in the last few days and become more aggressive.  Or perhaps it tried to update and failed to install correctly, corrupting itself in the process.  There are other possibilities too.  One important thing to mention is that someone has been uploading malware to certain Sims 4 mods lately, and while known infected uploads have all been removed, you might have found one before the problem was caught.  So please see this post about the issue and use the guide to make sure your computer is secure:
