Sims4 menus always Thai. How can I change it back to English?

Sims4 Menus always show up in Thai and I can't read any of the menus. I've tried to use the startup arguments -language -en_US but that option won't work either. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Sims4 as well but it still shows up in Thai. Using a different profile on the same computer I can log in and Sims4 menu display in English. I checked C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\bin and there are no .ini files that have location or language listed.

    @Sniffles909090  Thai isn't a supported language, so you most likely downloaded a mod or custom content package that includes a user-made translation.  Find that in your Mods folder and get rid of it.

    The new admin Windows account would have its own Documents folder and therefore its own Mods folder, so it would be unaffected.
