Sims4 menus always Thai. How can I change it back to English?

Sims4 Menus always show up in Thai and I can't read any of the menus. I've tried to use the startup arguments -language -en_US but that option won't work either. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling...

@Sniffles909090  Thai isn't a supported language, so you most likely downloaded a mod or custom content package that includes a user-made translation.  Find that in your Mods folder and get rid of it.

The new admin Windows account would have its own Documents folder and therefore its own Mods folder, so it would be unaffected.
