sims4 not allowing me to update to play

Question

help please i have bought the game and installed the disks&nbsp;but when i go to play it wont let me play it sais i have to update the sims 4 so i click update and halfway through it sais An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error:196613:0 i have waited over 24hours and it keeps coming up.

Try restarting your computer and deleting your Origin cache:&nbsp;http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-origin-cache-files/

If that doesn't help, reinstall Origin
