Sims4 realm of magic portal not loading the realm

Question

So I just got really of magic and had my sims go through the portal and there was a loading screen and then it just went to the different maps and when I click on the household and click on my sims it just does the same thing, any ideas on what to do ?

I don’t have any mods I have cc but it’s hair and clothes that I know all work and I’m not getting any error messages it just goes to a loading screen then the maps&nbsp;

@SimplayShel Is it just the magic realm you can't load ? Can you travel to other lots ?

Did you try if you can travel to the magic realm with a different Sim ?

Also try repairing your game through Origin by right clicking on it.

@ohmygoditsyou Dude I've been having this problem for the past few days and tried removing/updating mods, resetting, the whole shabang but repairing my game made it work again thank you!!
