Sims4 uninvited guests refuse to leave.

I understand this happened a year ago. There are currently two uninvited guests in my home in Sims4. They refuse to leave and there is no "ask to leave" or "shoo". There is "goodbye", but that does ...

Go to buy mode then and check the lot type.

If it's set to generic, change to residental.

Thank you. I had already done that. No impact, they still won't leave and I can't lock them out.

    Willing to share your save game ?

    If so, please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves, upload to mediafire or dropbox and PM me the link.

      I am willing to share the game, but I am unsure how to do it. I can figure out how to zip it (I think) but I'm not positive how to get it to you after that.

        Download Winzip or Winrar, right click the folder documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and then upload that to Mediafire or Dropbox. 
        Get the link and send that in a private message to Crinrict

      Actually...I would have to be able to find the save game in order to do that. I'm not sure where to find it. I can find Origin: Sims4, but no game saves.
