sims4
Hello, * game company. I downloaded Sims4 and it won't start. What should I do? The moment the title and music play, the game crashes. No error code. I'm going to try everything I can, changing to Di...
@wlgvslurdbe2 Please run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.

I'm Japanese, so I can only post in Japanese, but I'd be grateful if you could help me out. @puzzlezaddict
@wlgvslurdbe2 I need the full dxdiag, saved as a text file. It's fine if some of it is in Japanese because almost all of the important info is in English or close enough.
Is this okay?
@wlgvslurdbe2 Yes, that's exactly what I wanted. Please uninstall Razer Cortex, which is crashing. If that doesn't help, uninstall any other Razer apps you have. You may be able to reinstall them later, but test Sims 4 without them present first.
If you still can't play, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to launch Sims 4. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
