Simstagram on Phone is missing.

Hello,

I have just brought the Sims 4 Get Famous pack for few day ago. I select a job for my sims as actress. When she go work, there are many list that she has to do to get gold on the acting career event. But for "Post Simstagram story" I can't figure out where it is. I clicked on my sims's phone but no any action for simstagram. Please look on the images that I attached.

I have been try to contact The EA supporting team for three time.

- The first advisor sent me an email troubleshooting steps; How to use CCleaner to fix PC issues, Programs that may conflict with Origin, and Clean boot. I did all of the suggestion but It still be the same.

- The second advisor suggested me to update and repair game, uninstall the Origin and reinstall, and also uninstall the sims 4 and reinstall. I did all of the suggestion but It's still not work. I launched the game but It's still missing.!!!

-  The third advisor suggested me to post my issues here and wait for Technical team.

Please help me.
