@ErimPlayz There's nothing obvious in your dxdiag, in fact there are a suspiciously low number of errors. Did you recently factory-reset your laptop, or do a clean install of Windows? That would explain the lack of errors.
Additionally, does this problem happen if you use the laptop's internal display rather than the external monitor? Please test and let me know either way.
