Some CC is not there

I've been having problems ever since the new patch update but this problem I just can't put my finger on. I recently decided to download some CC. I put it in my mods folder With the resource file but the cc that I downloaded isn't showing up. The custom content that I downloaded previously works fine. The files vary from different creators but I reached out to the ones that I could and they said they don't know how to help. the main thing is that I have older custom content that works in game fine.
