Some of those chat bubble options wont contain anything in them

when i was playing the sims 4 recently i noticed that some of those chat options(you know when you press another sim and you choose ( "mean, friendly, romance etc") and some of the bubbles that usual...

Honestly with that many modes installed, it could be any one of them causing the issue, the best thing to do is remove the mods to see if the game works as it should and then start adding them back in to try and find the culprit.
