Some sims 4 CC isn't showing

I downloaded CC, but only like two things showed up in my game. I have skins and hair and what not not showing. Yes, they are package files, and are not sub folders, and yes they are in the Mods fold...

    Really hard to tell.

    If they are showing in the menu, something is maybe off with the downloads.

    Did you try contacting the creator ? Always better to directly contact them.
