If your computer runs Windows 7, please also look for related entries in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. For any recent errors that mention Origin or Sims 4, or any that happened at the exact time as you tried to launch the game, right-click on the entry and select "view technical details," then copy the info and paste it into a reply. You don't need to list identical errors, just one of each type.
