@Madame_Crucifier Did all the sound within the game stop working, or just the radio? Is this still a problem if you restart the game? Please also let me know what music station you switched on.
If the problem is still present when you reload your save, please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and move options.ini to the desktop. The game will create a new copy of the file the next time it loads, which will reset all your in-game options. If this doesn't help and you don't want to redo your other settings, you can trash the new options.ini and put the old one back.
