Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%) What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1020 ...

Thank you so much! I got it to work now! What I did wrong the first time was that I didn't travel with the sim to the affected lot. When I was with a sim on the lot I was able to buy it, and now it's residential again. Such an odd solution, but hey, it worked! 🙂

@MintyFreshSims Glad it did. I remember figuring out a workaround back then. Was quite fun actually. It's what I like doing best about this whole bug hunting thing. :D
