@milishearted  Sims 4 doesn't strictly need a dedicated graphics card to run at all; it's just better for performance.  But if you want to know how your particular laptop might be expected to handle the game, at least as a rough estimate, you can run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

That will list all the relevant hardware, as well as give information about a number of potential issues, so you can address them now if they crop up.

No matter what the specs, be sure to let the laptop cool while you play.  Elevate it (put books under the corners or something) or use a laptop tray or cooling pad.
