I actually have access to a lower tier model of your laptop I believe! I have an A3, and your laptop would run the Sims 4 perfectly well! See my other comment for my experience with Sims 4. You could probably bump the graphics settings to Medium-High, with no laptop mode and Sims on Very High (Laptop mode gives graphical anomalies and makes the picture quality really low in my opinion!)
