splitting household crash
Hi there. Yesterday, I was playing my game fine without any problems (and a lot of CC), however when trying to play today I've discovered my game keeps crashing. I used to have the occasional crash on start-up before but currently it's crashing more often. In one of my neighborhood households (which I don't play) whenever I tried to split the household my game would crash. I currently have no CC whatsoever in my game (after being instructed to try doing so in order to help find the problem) and sometimes I can actually split up the household without it crashing but a lot of the time it does. I've not been saving in between attempts to recreate the crash because I've got no CC in my game and all households use CC.
I'm not too attached to the house I kept splitting so I tried splitting my main family's house and it crashed with them, too. Someone online told me it could be my game but I really hope not as I'm part-way through getting famous. What can I do? I'm at my wits end, I've been trying to figure this out for 6 hours now.
I currently have all expansion, game and stuff packs. I currently have no CC in my game.
For some reason, it won't let me attach my crash txt file.

Try the following (leaving in all CC you had)
- Load the household
- Make sure you set MCCC settings to not oversize the household
- Take the household to CAS through the mirror
- This swill strip your household (you'll loose a few cats)
- Go back to the household manager and see if it still crashes.
If this doesn't work, remove cc again and try without.
