sims 4 having issues

Since allowing Scripted Mods in The Sims 4, the game crashes and immediately exits to the home screen, even with all mods and Scripted Mod folders removed. This happens both when loading a household and when entering Build/Buy mode. The game works normally when Scripted Mods are disabled. I have tried a clean save, cleared all cache files including localthumbcache.package, ran the game as administrator, disabled antivirus and firewall, ensured my Mods folder is not synced to OneDrive, and repaired and reinstalled the game completely, but the issue persist
