Spooky stuff pack has installedbut the Sims 4 game says it is still installing

I have just recently brought the new Spooky stuff pack has installed (origin) but the Sims 4 game says it is still installing and I'll get a notification when it is done, and restart the game when it...

So the left is what origin says ( I hit the play button as seen from spooky stuff), the right hand side is what appears (I never receive a notification.
Also if you see at the bottom left - origin says its installed.
I've also re-installed origin and repeated all the above comments.
