    ksimcity76​  That's certainly not great.  If you have any mods or custom content present at all, please remove your Mods folder, just in case it really is that simple.

    Otherwise, please test Sims 4 separately on your integrated graphics chip.  Open Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings, find TS4_x64 on the list, and choose the power-saving option.  Then right-click your desktop and choose the Nvidia Control Panel, select Manage 3D Settings > Program settings, find TS4_x64, and choose the integrated graphics option.

    The point is to see whether this is directly related to the Nvidia GPU, which the game should be using by default, or something else on your system.
