@Tinyy_bees Please uninstall the EA App version, if it's still present, and install the Steam version along with Get to Work. Then open the EA App and install the packs you own there—not the base game, only the packs. If you see two versions of Sims 4 in your game library, only one may let you download those packs, so please check both.
