My sims 4 literally looks like the sims 3 graphics wise and im so confused .

ive never seen anything like this before . ive revomed all custom content out of my game and its still looking like this . ive updated and repaired and it still looks like this im beyond confused .

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post
