Unless the offline issue is causing problems that are big enough for EA to actually take action in a way that hurts their bottom line, they won't care in the slightest.
Their bottom line will be affected when they try to launch SIMS 5 and we don't buy it due to having received no customer service with our SIMS 4 game.
Oh what a surprise, still no help or even a response from the sims team.
