Steam not recognizing all my game/packs/kits

OK, so I own every single bit of DL content for Sims 4 on EA games through the app (It was on Origin but I moved to the EA app) I had no issues with that. 
NOW I moved to Steam because there's other games over there I play with too. Figured might as well do the same for my Sims game to make it easier to have all my content in the same spot. 

Well sadly... Steam only downloaded the base game. It tells me I have to buy the others, but I already own them. When I run the game none of the content I own shows. It's base game only. 
I have a very good, high end gaming machine. I downloaded and installed steam, ran EA and it asked me to link accounts. I did that as I was supposed to but none of the add ons ... added on... 

I looked in here to see if there was a solution I haven't tried from my google search and so far nothing has worked. Does anyone have a clue what in the world I am doing wrong?

Uninstalled, reinstalled EA and all my Sims stuff removed before the new reinstall. *(old was backed up) 
I uninstalled and reinstalled steam as well. I launched Steam, tried to add the game to my list but it doesn't work (I get the base game free, but all of DL content is not there) 

Can someone please help because the walk through guides I found on line are not working. I've been trying to troubleshoot this for the last 3 days.
