Still can’t connect to gallery in game sims 4

Hey. I have tried numerous solutions such as : dns flush, clean boot, repair/reinstall game and origin, manually uninstall and reinstall origin, disabling firewall, etc. unfortunately nothing has enabled me to connect to the gallery in game. It’s been between 3-4 weeks since the problem started. 2 weeks ago someone on here suggested some solutions and I tried them but nothing. I have also done the tech chat/phone call for help a bunch of times. Any other options? I’d really like to access and download some awesome stuff on the gallery.

So I have Windows 11 so I don’t think the windows 10 thing will work for me.

The second one. Basically, it seems like I turn off my Internet start the game turn the Internet back on. I don’t have Orgin. I have the EA app so I don’t quite understand if that works for my situation or not.
Have tried to turn off the Internet, Load the game and turn it back on and it didn’t work out and hasn’t worked before.
is there anything else to try?
