Still having the celebrity walk style issue with level 3 celebrities

Question

I have a couple of level 3 celebrity sims and they are doing the celebrity walk style even though they aren't even supposed to have the option. This issue was supposedly fixed in a previous patch, but even after that patch the problem is persisting. I don't know what could be causing this, I do not have any mods or CC. How can I fix this annoying problem?
