Storage/Disk Space issue

I'm attempting to play sims, but it says I don't have enough storage. How could I add storage so I can play the game? I have more than enough storage on my laptop so I'm not sure why it's not working. Also, my storge keeps going down also and I haven't even downloaded any game yet. My storage is at 7GB right now.

    @crazzzyk1  How much total storage do you have?  And how much has the free storage decreased since you started checking?

    Please also open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, double-click the C drive, and let me know the size of each of the folders inside.  You can right-click them and select Properties > General to see it.
