what is a strenuous activity?? when an elder sim works out a light red emotion pops up saying- strenuous activity- and i am wondering what it is.
It means your Sim is doing such a rigorous exercise that it could kill him! Be cautious!

I think it saying it takes a lot out of the Sim.
Old people and old Sims can't handle to much stress on their body.
When they push through a the risk on a heart attack grows.
So when you Sim keeps working out and working out he can die.
