Stretched screen?

@p0nkerz  Wow, that looks... not great.  Does the monitor work normally outside of the game?  For Sims 4 specifically, please go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and remove options.ini.  A new one will spawn the next time you launch the game.  You will need to redo all of your settings though.

Do you play any other games which you can use to test the same arrangement?  It's worth finding out if this is a Sims 4 issue or a system issue.  Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
