Stubborn Sims 4 Crash - Help?

My game crashes whenever I try to load any lot or create any new household. No error messages. I have tried the following:  -Removing Mods -Removing Mods + Save Folder -Repair Game in Origin ...

    @brandonjames1987  If you have RivaTuner Statistics Server and/or MSI Afterburner, please disable them while playing.
