stuck on 60fps
i have been stuck on 60 fps for a while after changing my graphics card, Before i would get 80-90 fps and it really just doesnt make anysense. I reinstalled, Repaired, Redownloaded drivers. If anyone has some tips; PLEASE TELL ME

@Lemonhaw Did you enable vertical sync within the game options? It's listed with the other graphics settings, and it would by definition limit your fps to the refresh rate of your monitor. The same is true of the vertical sync settings within the Nvidia Control Panel if you have an Nvidia GPU.
- @puzzlezaddict i did, and then changed the refresh rate as well to 100-240 hz to see if it would make a difference, It didn't unfortunately.
@Lemonhaw What is the native refresh rate of your monitor?
@Lemonhaw Where did you change the refresh rate? Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post so I can see what kind of hardware you're working with.
