Stuck on Building lot screen and can't close the window

So I got on Sims 4, went to manage worlds and went to place a pretty large and detailed lot from the gallery. (A lot someone else built). When I put it down, it stayed on the building lot screen for ...

I ended up restarting the computer which worked and nothing seems to be wrong with the game either. It was just a tad slow when opening the game. Otherwise it's fine.
