Stuck on loading and kicked out while editing sim

My computer is up to date, and the mods I use are updated. Before I went to repair my Sims 4, everything was working fine till I went into CAS to edit my sim, and when I was done, it would kick me out. 

Now that I uninstalled the sims, took everything out, then back in when finished. I loaded up the game and now the Loading screen resuming game. It take so long and I have to Force Stop My Game through Task Manager. I am trying to do the 50/50 method but the loading screen won't let me as it gets stuck. My Pc is NZXT and My graphics is up to date as well. What can it be?

    _Pumpkinvvitch31​  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether you can get out of CAS and into live mode.

    If you get another crash, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
