Stuck on save after placing a gallery lot

After placing a gallery lot and redecorating it, I had this problem already a few time when items are stuck on a cursor so if I take a door then I cannot place it anymore, it is stuck. Then when I try to save lot it is stuck on save so I have to end task via task manager and leave without saving. Has anyone had such thing?
