@FlipzSenapi Please try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it a local account, as in, don't sign into Microsoft, and don't sync with any other services you normally use. You'll be able to sign into Origin and shouldn't need to redownload anything, but your saves and other content won't be available. When testing, please start by playing in a clean boot while your computer is offline; don't run any other apps alongside the game either. If this helps, you can try playing online and then start adding back services and apps.
If this doesn't help, then I'm not really sure what's going on. The one thing I did notice in your hwinfo log that might be an issue is that the 12V input from the power supply was occasionally dropping as low as 11.88V. Sometimes this is insignificant, and other times it can be impactful enough to cause the computer to restart, although the latter usually results from larger drops in voltage than this.
But since there's nothing else obvious, it's worth at least unplugging and cleaning the ends of the power cables as well as the sockets they plug into, both on the PSU end and the other. (Compressed air is useful for this purpose.) Make sure the power supply's fan is unobstructed by dust and that it's facing in a direction where it can draw in fresh air, not up against a case wall.
If you happen to have another PSU you can test with, or a friend does, that's worth trying too.
