Succsful grim reaper pleading, another sim died

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim die, plead for his/her life with grim reaper and succeed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim who died in the first place comes back to life, another sim is suddenly dead.
What do you expect to see? The sim who died comes back to life, and the rest of the family stays alive.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
So one of my sims died from embarrasment while in the bathroom. The whole family rushed into the bathroom to stand around her and cry. Grim reaper showed up. I took the mother of the sim who died and pleaded for her life, which succeeded. I got a notification that she got back to life, but for a few moments nothing happened. But when she finally came back to life, her sister who was still in the bathroom with her had suddenly died. Ofcourse this could be a coincidence that she died right at that moment, but there was no notification of her death. Also Grim Reaper just left like nothing happened.
Has anyone else seen this?
